Reliance Jio Infocomm — complaint regarding wrong recharge

This is to request you that by mistake i have done wrong recharge on mobile no. [protected] while i was trying to recharge my no. [protected] and i am looking for a refund for my money. I have done the recharge of inr 399 via paytym on 30 aug 2017, at 11.45 pm. The order id is [protected] and operator ref. Number - [protected]. Though i have already recharged my account as well, since the validity was expiring, i request you to please refund the amount (Inr 399) that i have recharged to the other phone number. I did call paytym customer care for help but they told me that only jio customer care can help you on this. And also the man who's no. Got recharged is not ready to revert the money. So jio is my last resort and i am hoping and looking forward to getting a refund of my hard earned money. You can add the amount/recharge my jio no. [protected].
