I have ordered jio mobile from your company website www.jio.com on 01.02.2020. I was visit all nearby jio digital and jio store for picup of mobile but they said we don't have mobile in stock from last 15 days also don't know when the mobile will come, when i was call jio customer care and jio ecommerce no. They giving me excuse to call another number. I'm quite disappointed from this terrible service. This is definitely not what i expected. Please cancel my order and refund my money at the earliest. Transaction number fv000006u4cs, and i made order from mobile no. [protected]

I have internet plan of 2GB/day. But the connection is very slow.. everything is loading so slow seems to be like it's 1mb per month plan. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible. From Jan 2020 I have subscribed to the new plan and everyday the internet is slow till date. I have even reached Jio customer care but no action has been taken.
