Dear Team,
I have taken jio sim ([protected]) on 2nd April in Bangalore. My alternative number is [protected]. Since it was not activated on 9th april also, I have raised a complaints on 9th April at 1:00 PM, which they said will be resolved in 48 hours.
Today again I called jio customer care, to the surprise they have closed my complaint by mentioning my number is switched off and the jio sim is not activated till date.
Trying to escalate this matter to the highest level for the poor service of jio, so that the jio will be activated within shortest possible time.
