Reliance Jio Infocomm — Continuous activation request messages being received against the JIO no. which I never applied | |
Hi, I am receiving messages and Call from Reliance JIO about to activate the Reliance JIO no. [protected]. I have neither placed any application to get this no. nor requested for activation. After started receiving messages/call regarding this around in the middle of the month September 2016, I tried to contact Reliance JIO customer Care. But never able to reach to Customer Care executive to report against this. After not able to contact I started to inform about this via e-mail to Reliance JIo Customer Care starting from 16th September 2016 requesting to de-attach my details from this no. presently associated. But there is no action taken on this by Reliance JIo till date. I have resent the mails several times in past but neither the problem solved nor did receive any acknowledgement/action from Reliance JIO. Every time I sent the mails mostly I used to receive an automated reply stating "Dear Customer, We have been receiving overwhelming response to our Jio welcome Offer. Hence there may be some delay in responding to your query. However if you want to know more about the Jio welcome Offer, please visit our website www.jio.com. We thank you for your patience. Team Jio" Requesting you to place this concern to the appropriate authority so that the issue can be resolved. I don't know how Reliance JIO can use my details to subscribe a Mobile no.
