Reliance Jio Infocomm — data exhaust automatically without any usage

We trusted jio for its very favourable plans to public but now time to doubt tht trust.
The 1 gb data/day getting recharge @12:00am & automatically exhaust when i am literally in 'sleep' (@12:23am). So jio got another name tht is 'thief' of data's!
Its happened several times & now my patience is lost.. So i need my data back (Around 10 to 15gb) which theft by the company.. Other wise i may approach consumer court if no action by the company..
