I am also facing same issues in the last one week and even I lost 3 gbs in two devices with in few minutes even without watching any video. Can not work like this as nothing can be done after finishing the data. jio care is quite when sent email and 198 does not accept this complaint. jio office also could not help... they decided that the laptop is having problem, but could not prove. till last week every thing was perfect.
