Reliance Jio Infocomm — data offer recharged but not getting benefit.

I recharged our jio no-[protected] on 15/05/2018 for rs.399/- of 84 days validity till 08/08/2018 but company has stopped net facility on 22/07/2018 which is 15 days before. I informed to the company along with recharge mail. They are not acknowledging the facts. They are telling slow speed/low speed etc. I waited 23/07/2018 full day but no network have been received and on the same day at 7.30 pm i recharged again rs.399/- for another 84 days. Now network is running smoothly. It is their regular practice. Why should i harassed for the the same when i recharge to get high speed facility. Please prove me 15days as extended validity which they have cut down.

Updated by Nrisingha Mukherjee NO COMPLAIN HAS BEEN RESOLVED BY JIO INFOCOM TO TILL DATE.THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY COMPLAIN.THEY ARE KILLING TIME BY SENDING MAIL.PLEASE ADVICE THEM TO PROVIDE 15 DAYS NET FACILITY WHICH THEY HAVE CUT DOWN AS ILLEGAL.THEY CAN'T DO IT.I HEARD MANY CUSTOMER THAT IT IS THEIR REGULAR PRACTICE.
