I have been using relaince jio for one year now, but last month (April 2018) the data speed and voice calls suddenly got worse one day and continued thereafter. It's been more than 3 weeks now and nothing has been done to rectify this even after complaining to jio customer care 10 times. I am not even able to place/receive voice calls normally (The voice is so bad and unclear). Daily i get 1.50 gb data, however can't even use 0.50 gb data with their pathetic speed. The initial validity of my plan was till june 2018, however i still recharged it early this month (May 2018) thinking it may give me better data/voice speed results. But all in vain. It has seriously impacted my work and personal life (Not being able to call anyone because i can't hear anything properly). I have complained about this 10 times to jio customer care, however never got a satisfactory answer. Everytime they say we have noted down your complaint and will be working on it. And here i am with zero customer satisfaction. Telecom services are urgent services, but jio has failed to provide me with any actions taken in this regard. I am extremely dissapointed with jio and have thought to never recharge again and will buy a new number from other telecom service providers. I have been mentally harassed with their services and their inability to resolve this. I belong to ludhiana (Civil lines area). I want to be compensated. Was this information helpful? |
