I am a jio user and I have an active plan which benefits for 2gb internet data per day.
Today The message from jio shows that my internet data for this day got exhausted but it does not really got exhausted and i have proof for it as my data usage in the mobile detects only 1.65 gb of data got used but the message shows that I have used my 2 gb quota of data for today. I am so disappointed of this and I need to use my data for which I have paid. So request in this complaint to order the company to pay me adequate compensation.
