Sir/ madam i have done a recharge of 149 for my jio number on 25/03/2017 but it was unsuccessful 149 was debited from my jiomoney wallet without recharge It's more than 6 days i have tried many times to concerned customer care, emailed my details about transaction but no action have been taken My details of transaction is Recharge Amount: Rs. 149/- Date & Time of Recharge:25/03/2017 & time 12:47:50am Recharge done through: (Jio.Com) Payment Mode: (Jio Money) Name of the Bank: (SBI) Payment Transaction /Reference ID:[protected] I m attaching my debited amount message screenshot below Was this information helpful? | |||||
