I have been a customer of jio fibre internet since 1.5 years... Suddenly i received a call from JIO regarding an offer to upgrade my JIO internet plan to JIO internet plan with set top box for watching television...They apparently increased my monthly recharge amount..
Now i am totally unsatisfied with Jio set top box and I want to switch on my previous Jio internet plan, with plan which I was using for my jio fibre...
I talked to the company on the same, but they are refusing to take their set top box back and change my plan to the previous one...
So I request you to help me on the same, and ask jio fibre to take back their set top box and return my account to my previous prepaid plan with the same recharge option..
