After sales service of jio fibre

I am highly disappointed with **Jio Fiber's after-sales service**. Once the connection is installed, they simply stop caring.

Whenever there’s an issue with the internet, it takes **4 to 5 days** to get it repaired. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when many people depend on the internet for work or studies.

To make things worse, the **staff behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional**....

I am a regular Jio customer, using both mobile and fiber services. I have been recharging my Jio Fiber connection every month with ₹999 plan including taxes (₹1178.82). As per the plan details, I was provided access to various OTT apps, including Amazon Prime. Not providing service and solution for more than 20 days and still not resolved

I have applied for Jio fibre service and was working well for about a year .
Suddenly last month I received an outage and couldn’t connect to the Internet via my jio fibre. On contacting the customer support I couldn’t get the proper the root cause or solution and there were service ticket opened for it.

Not got delivery of new sim

It is to state that i ordered a sim card on 07.05.2025 at around 8:30 p.M. And was waiting for the sim yesterday but after waiting i slept and woke up today around 8 a.M. With a hope of getting my new sim within 12 hours max. But my hope was shattered by jio and they started telling me to wait for 24 hours which is till 8:30 pm today 08.05.2025. The internet service was disrupted on the 29th of April. Since that day, I have been raising service requests. The first time, the service request person closed the request with a fake report that the service had been done. But he didn't contact or come to the place. I made JioAirFiber Booking with booking no : LR0000JI75M on 31st March 2025 but since then there is not tracking of installation, no agent ever visited and i am not able to cancel this request after multiple attempts. I also made advance payment of 1111 RS, transaction id for the same is[protected]f2be-b6c8-df96abeecd11. I request for cancellation of installation and refund the amount.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Airfiber order cancellation scam

    I have purchased JIO AIRFIBER connection by paying Rs. 1111 from jio official website Booking No. LR00000F44OX. Due to some reasons I don't want the JIO fiber.

    There is no option in My JIO app to cancell the booking order. The Jio customer care also do not provide any option to cancel the booking.

    The connection is on hold condition.
