The internet service was disrupted on the 29th of April. Since that day, I have been raising service requests. The first time, the service request person closed the request with a fake report that the service had been done. But he didn't contact or come to the place. I made JioAirFiber Booking with booking no : LR0000JI75M on 31st March 2025 but since then there is not tracking of installation, no agent ever visited and i am not able to cancel this request after multiple attempts. I also made advance payment of 1111 RS, transaction id for the same is[protected]f2be-b6c8-df96abeecd11. I request for cancellation of installation and refund the amount.

    I am a jio user for more than 8 years. I had a monthly plan of 209. I wanted to use 5g so brought the 5g data voucher for 601 rupees. It did not work. Contacted support and heard that 1.5gb/day plans can only work with this voucher. So went ahead and recharged for 666 plan which gives three months of 1.5gb/day plan. The voucher was not applied.     Airfiber order cancellation scam

    I have purchased JIO AIRFIBER connection by paying Rs. 1111 from jio official website Booking No. LR00000F44OX. Due to some reasons I don't want the JIO fiber.

    There is no option in My JIO app to cancell the booking order. The Jio customer care also do not provide any option to cancel the booking.

    The connection is on hold condition.

    They do not value their customers.
    My mother is aged and lives on her own.
    Her account has been suspended even after making the payment.
    We have tried reaching to JIO helpline multiple times but to no avail.
    I have got no option but to write here.
    She is living alone with no access to any form of media.
    We even made the payment twice thinking that might expediate...

        Pathetic after sales service by Jio team.

        More than a week that a request is raised, and they shamelessly keep on postponing the request since 3rd September.

        Field engineer visit is rescheduled almost 10 times which is really annoying and disturbing at the same time.

        Call center number keeps on reassuring about escalation but nothing moving.
        Cannot track the engineer in Jio app which they falsely claim.
        Even on the date and time allotted for engineer, the engineer's phone number is not shared with the customer.

            No response from Jio air fiber care even after multiple follow ups for resolution

            Have purchased Jio air fiber service in the last week. having trouble viewing of few of the channels, picture quality shows very blurr and no clarity. TV continuously buffering. Internet speed is very slow, even you tube is not betting played.

            I have been filing a complaint for the problem which has been going on continuously for the last 5 months but the operator is not taking any action on it.
            Whenever I complain about an old complaint, that complaint gets closed to me and then again a new complaint is filed and they ask for a few days' time to give a solution.
            As soon as I call again after a few days, I get that complaint too. This is always the situation and for the last 5 months, I am not being given any solution.
            I hope that my complaint is resolved quickly.

              My parents live in a farm near Zaheerabad. I wanted to have a internet connection at my farm so that I can work from my parent's farm in case of emergency. For this I contacted JIO Air fiber for internet connection. I paid 1000 RS as booking amount. Technical team visited the farm and said they cannot install Jio Fiber and left. After that again another team called me I paid amount again the same team said they cannot install and the amount was refunded.
              One day in the month of May I received call from JIO Air fiber team saying that they will install JIO Air fiber. I explained them saying that already I tried twice, and the technical team refused to do the installation at my farm. But they insisted if I paid the amount the installation will be done next day and so on. They literally forced me to make an advance payment of 1000 Rs on May 23 2024. The business account number from which I got call was [protected]. The booking number is LR000007UVR6. After that no response. I tried many times. Please take necessary action as they cannot take a customer for a ride to reach their monthly targets.
