Jio Mobile : Non delivery of my JIO Postpaid sim

Despite placing the request nearly a month ago, the SIM has not been delivered, and repeated follow-ups with customer care have yielded no resolution.

Each time, I am informed that “your matter has been escalated, ” but there has been no progress or communication beyond that.

I have also attempted to raise this concern via Twitter, but the responses have been identical and unhelpful.

worst experience with jio fiber continuous internet failure

I have been using Jio Fiber for the last 5 months and this has been the worst internet experience ever. Out of 30 days in a month, I can barely use it for 10–12 days. On the remaining days, the red light keeps blinking and there is no internet at all.

Every time I call customer care, they only provide a temporary fix, and the same issue comes back in a day or two. Despite multiple complaints, there is absolutely no permanent...

Refund security amount

I taken jio air fibre 50 days free trial internet connection for that I paid refundable security deposit amot of 500. Due to some technical issues I cancelled my internet connection within 48 days only. I asked my refund amount Of 500 to company but they are not refunding my amount. I ported my no. [protected] in jio from bsnl. jio send me a msg and a link fo payment of bsnl dues, I paid mentioned amount same time via sended link in 7 july 25. Jio sent me again Rs. 46 due payment of bsnl and stop my out going. I cal to Jio customer care and paid Rs. 46 again via sended link by jio. I booked Jio Fibre connection with my number [protected] and made a payment for the same in the month of May. Later on I was told that the fibre network is not there at the location I live.

They shared a voucher of 2000inr approx in my jio account instead of refund to the original source. I want refund back not the voucher.

I emailed them and also chasing them, however they are not reverting and also not sharing...

I ordered a business internet connection (Account[protected], corp ac#[protected]) from Jio on the 29th January for 3 months and paid in advance. I made it clear to the engineer that I will try for 3 months only, as most days the internet did not work, and despite several complaints, the internet remained disconnected because of technical issues. Around the same time, on April 5, 2025, I left for the USA. In June, I was informed by a message on WhatsApp that Jio did not disconnect my service, although I had asked for 3 months only. I had no way to contact Jio, given the 12 hr difference in India-US time. Then I find that in July, they took away the equipment and canceled my account, but want me to pay 3500 Ruppes as charges from May to July. They did not even refund my deposit. I need Jio to refund my deposit and cancel the charges due for me. Thanks Dr Satsih

    Jio 5G Signal Dies Every Time Power Cuts No Backup at Tower

    I’ve been using Jio 5G SIM mainly for the unlimited data, but the network has become completely unusable in my area.
    Every time there’s a power cut (which happens daily as soon as a drop of rain falls) the nearby Jio tower shuts down—and I lose all signal. No calls, no data, nothing. Why doesn't the tower got no backup? The whole village mainly uses jio but still !? Why??

    Meanwhile, Jio keeps calling...

    Issue Description:
    After successful online payment and completion of KYC (photo/video verification), I was informed that the SIM would be delivered to my address within 24 hours. However, the SIM has not been delivered even after several days.

    I have contacted Jio customer care multiple times via email and phone, but there has been no satisfactory response or resolution from their side. There has been no proper assistance, and repeated assurances have not resulted in delivery or refund.

    Relief Sought:
    I request ConsumerComplaints.in to intervene and help me receive:

    Immediate delivery of the Jio prepaid SIM and activation of the annual plan
    OR

    Full refund of ₹3, 948 (total amount paid) in case the service cannot be provided

      Lately Jio's network is worsening day by day, the network bars continuously fluctuate and the internet speeds slow down randomly, even voice calls face heavy lag and disconnection. Anything including video calls/streaming/gaming face severe network disruption and high ping >999ms, and no this isn't a device only issue as multiple people in the same area are facing heavy disruption. I had recently raised a complaint via Jio care but NO they just brushed it off immediately and closed the request claiming their network has not yet arrived in the area, yet their own app shows it connects to 5G along with the network icon??, and this issue occurs with both 4G and 5G. How is this acceptable after paying hundreds of rupees for a decent plan.
