Reliance Jio Infocomm — Delay in processing refund for a failed transaction | |||||
With reference to transaction id :[protected] on jio money, i was trying to recharge my jio number using jio money on 7th april 2017. The reacharge was worth rs.303 of which rs.253 was paid by debit card. But unfortunately, the recharge could not be processed and failed even if my money was deducted from my account. The faq available on the app says that the money should be reverted back to the customer within 2-3 days but it's been 20 days and yet i haven't received my money. I have tried reaching their customer care through both the channels i. E by mail as well as all india toll-free number, but they never picked up the calls or replied to the mails. It has already been 20 days, yet i have not received the refund. I have attached screenshots of my conversation with rjil. So, i request your team to kindly get in touch with telecom service provider and help me out with this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
