I have raised an installation for Jio Fiber broadband connection on 24th July and was told that the broadband connection will be installed within 24hrs, it’s been 4 days now and the installation is not yet done, since I am working from home I am extremely affected by this delay, I’ve called the customer support 6 times and they have disconnected all my calls while asking reason for delay, the technician doesn’t pick my calls, the person who took my money for the service is not providing me details on when it will be installed.
