My Jio fibre connection was disconnected on 28th August and the device pickup was suppose to happen after 3 days. Nothing happened, complaint 5 times only service request number is given and nothing happens. I have received 5 service request numbers and each time it tracker says that the service is resolved but nothing happens. The technicians calls and says if you take our new connection we will come and take the previous router or else no. What type of spurious service is this? Can this issue be solved?
