Reliance Jio Infocomm — didn't receive recharge not credited back and no help from customer care

On 25th august 208, i recharged my reliance jio number for 399 rupees. I didn't receive the talktime nor the amount was credited back to my account. After three days when i tried to talk to the customer care, there was no satisfactory response and they were extremely unhelpful. Though i recharged from the jio app, the customer care executives mentioned that there was no recharge done which is ridiculous and irresponsible. I am cheated of my money and i need justice. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment made from my sbi account on 25 august 2018 with this complaint for your reference.
