[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — didn't receive upc code

I want to port out from jio to airtel. I have sent sms to 1900 more than 20 times and i didn't receive any upc code from 1900. My mobile no is [protected]. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible because i have to share the upc code with airtel. This is the 2nd time i am facing this issue with jio. They might have blocked the porting system for me so that i woun't be able to port out from their network.
