I recharged two of my job numbers for getting double data. First of all the word "double data" in itself is deceptive. On a pack of 448 that provides 2 gb of data per day they are providing you with only 1.5 gb double data. How is that even double?
Coming to my concern, after recharging the two numbers i was provided with a data voucher for each number. I redeemed that voucher only to know that the voucher i got for the recharge doesn't truly belong to your recharge. I happened to redeem that and the voucher was activated for the current base plan only which happened to had just 2 days of validity remaining.
I have two questions :
1: if the double data i got was a part of new recharge why was it allowed to be redeemed? I didn't recharge for getting a voucher for two remaining days only? This is a total unethical way of business.
2: now after i came to know that the validity was just two days i asked for a refund. The new plan was queued and was not activated. Why is it that there is no refund available? I could have tried again and then saved the voucher code to be used/redeemed when the base plan expired. Was this information helpful? |
