Reliance Jio Infocomm — Double payment charged | |||
I was applied for new reliance jio sim connection online. Jio executive Mr. Purushottam from madhumilan square indore was came to my address and done all process. He asked me to payment type and I was used debit card for payment. He swapped card in his pos machine then my account was debited but no recharge done in my jio sim. After this he said due to some errors your payment is not processed give me cash and I recharge again with my jio money wallet. He said your first failure transaction will credit in your account but from 30 may 2017 no payment credited in my account. I was complaint to jio customers care but they said we can't help you to refund, after this I was called Mr. Purushottam so many times but he also said sorry I can't help you. I continue confirming to bank for my refund credit but bank say no amount credited till now. It's fraud with customers. Please do some action to stop this type of fraud.
