Reliance Jio Infocomm — engineer hasn't come and setup hasn't been completed yet | |
I have applied for a jio fibre and jio fixed voice connection on 16th september 2020 at mulund, mumbai. Order number: no0000f42qj7 The registration was done by their service person and payment was done immediately for the jio fibre gold plan. I was informed that the engineer would come and complete the setup withing maximum 48 hours. This has not happened. The service person directs me to contact the call center number to check the status and most of the times does not respond to my calls. The call center person tells me that the profile has not yet been created in the system and that the service person needs to add some details in the system. Both the call center person and service person have been redirecting me to each other and not providing a solution. I have expressed my concern that i needed the internet connection urgently to work from home. Desired resolution: need the installation and internet set up to be completed.
