Sir rechage my jio no [protected] on 16 apr at 0900 h. Rechage done through my jio app and payment made through paytm wallet. For the same attachment is attached with this mail. Issue discussed with jio and paytm customer care. Paytm care told money transfer from wallet and his part is compled. Contact jio care. Jio care told rechage not successful. Contact paytm care. Request forward mail to paytm care that above mentioned rechage not successful. So that paytm care can refund amount to my wallet.
Jio care replied - "i understand your concern with regards to recharge confirmation.
I regret to inform you, that we have not received the recharge request on this number. Request you to check the payment history of your bank account / app as the money would have been credited back to your account."
I replied "money not credited to my wallet till date. Request same be forwarded to paytm care as he requested so that refund can credit to my wallet."
Jio care replied "dear pavan, i understand your concern with regards to recharge. As per system check, i can see that recharge of rs. 98 has been done on another number hence you did not receive the benefits for the same."
I replied "sir but i m no doubt i m rechage my jio no i e [protected]. If rechage was done on other no i e not my problem.in my jio app there is option switch to account where i m already save this jio no. During rechage i m by using this switch option rechage this no. That's why i have no doubt i m rechage the above mentioned jio no only. Therefore, i request refund my deducted amount."
Jio care replied "request you to ignore the previous email. As informed earlier, we have not received the recharge request on this number. Request you to check the payment history of your app as the money would have been credited back to your account.
I replied" sorry money not credited to my paytm wallet." till now issue not resolved. All above discussion on record in my mail bearing complaint no #16938290. Paytm care clearly said amount transfer from wallet. For the same attachment is attached.
The issue from jio care. He repeatedly changing his statements and neither forwarding confirmation mail to paytm care that the above mentioned rechage not successful as demanded by paytm care so he can refund. Sir my mo no is [protected]
Sir pls help me out and resolved this issue.
