I am jio since december 2016 but around 14th january 2018 jio internet speed decreased to lowest around 10kbps (Some other location some times working but on my home and shop its not working) and now impossible to use internet.
I complain jio on 18th january 2018 and he revert me in your location jio provide limited connectivity so can't provide you services. I complain again and asked them to return mine ₹1600 recharging amount if you can't provide services but they silent on my complain.
