Reliance Jio Infocomm — Fiber connection not working

We have raised many complaints for jio fiber not working over a week. But there is no resolution taken by them to solve the issue. This is second time in past two months that the jio fiber was not working for over a week. Please solve the issue as soon as possbile. They just register our complaint but no service men come here to solve our issue
