Reliance Jio Infocomm — first recharge

I port my bsnl number ([protected]) to jio network last week. Yesterday (24.02.18) the jio sim was active. Then i recharge 498 (399+99) through upi provided in jio website. Till the amount didn’t credited to my jio number. But the amount debited from my bank account. The below msg i got from my bank when the transaction is done. (Your a/c no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx9295 is debited for rs.498.00 on 24-02-18 and credited to a/c no. Xxxxxxxx4639 and the upi ref no is[protected] and the transaction reference no i got from the jio site is lis[protected].
