Reliance Jio Infocomm — Giga Fiber connection

I – Tarjan Shah - the user of pre-paid Jio fiber plan with number [protected] was facing a problem in Jio Fiber connectivity with frequent discontinuation and raise a complain on[protected] vide service request number SR00001DU6LA. This complain was supposed to addressed by Jio Service Engineer on[protected], which was actually addressed on[protected] at 2:30PM. The Jio Service Engineer did his best, reset and upgrade the router and left with the successful completion of work by advising to replace the router if the problem still continues. The router started working properly for a day and again faced frequent discontinuation from[protected].
I raised a request again on[protected] to replace a router vide service request number SR00001DXI2D. This complain was supposed to addressed by Jio Service Engineer on[protected] at 11AM. The representative visited the site to resolve a complain without a prior call on[protected] at 7PM when the user was not at home.
In the absence o[censored]ser, the representative tried to solve the query and replace the router but seems could not be succeed. He generated another service request number SR00001DYHCD on[protected] which was supposed to addressed on[protected] at 1PM and left the site with disconnected internet services (red light blinking in router).
The new service request SR00001DYHCD had not been addressed as per schedule and no update was shared on[protected] full day. Basis on a call received on[protected] morning at 10AM for Jio Mumbai centralized customer care representative (+[protected], this service request was rescheduled to be attended on[protected] at 11AM.
I once again receive a call asking to depute a service engineer from Jio Mumbai centralized customer care (+[protected] on[protected] at 12:16PM and on asking actual time of service engineer visit, the call was disconnected bluntly after putting on hold.
The service engineer as not visited yet, Jio customer care number ([protected]) are not responding 9 times out of 10. Once able to connect and talk to Vrushali, but she said their system is not responding and she is unable to see my problem in their system and not able to help.
The service engineer visited on 17/09/2022 is not responding my calls. This is really pathetic and mental harassment.
