We recharged for international roaming for our old aged parents to travel to Europe. Even after mentioning the correct requirement of the subscription required as per their travel we were misguided and asked to pay for the subscription . We paid Rs 1200 and recharged and still did not get any service while they were travelling . They had to suffer a lot in an unknown country due to Jio negligence and misguidance.
When we tried to contact the customer care, there was no response. The number is chargeable and still the customer care executives do not talk properly. They keep ignoring the conversations and disconnect the call rudely. Even after calling them several times, there is no good response.
Posted a complaint on the JIO app also but still nobody cares to even give a call back . Highly frustrated with all this situation happening with old aged parents.
Desired resolution : A full refund of the paid amount (Rs 1200) and a call back to the client number ([protected]) Was this information helpful? |
