Reliance Jio Infocomm — I am complaining about a fraud tower installation scheme.

We have been offered a tower installation scheme by reliance jio west bengal that they want to install a tower at our land and they have sent a confirmation letter from reliance jio conmunication, where it is written that tower will be installed for a tennure of 10 years with a advance payment of 20 lakhs and monthly payment of ₹35000. After that they started there first process by sending a agent for heath inssurance and told us that the money will be transfered within the end of april. But they they postponed with a reason this much amount is not been transfered as it need a reserve bank authority and they told us to submitt approx 2.5% of the total amount to there dristributors account. After submiiting the amount of 1 lakh to there account they told that now it is will be transfered soon before gst allowance. So they are delaying the transfer ever since then.
