Reliance Jio Infocomm — i am complaint in about jio net not working during 7pm to 11.50 pm in my locality.

In my area which is in nalanda district subdivision hilsa location hilsa nagar palisad town, net connection of jio is not working during 7 pm to 11:50 pm. I request you to please see the problem persist in net connectivity during above mentioned period. Due to this i am not able to use net connection in my phone., fluctuations in net signals my personal work badly hampered.

I wrongly reacharge on jio number [protected] from paytm of Rs149.and when I mail to jiocare for refund amount they replied that they are unable to refund.
So, I register a complaint against this process.I think jio should able to refund the money which is more helpful to customer.
