Dear sir/madam,
It is brought to your notice that on 24 august, 2017, i had booked jio phone and submitted requisite fee rs. 500/- online through my mobile no. [protected].
The payment was made by me through oriental bank of commerce debit card. The booking was failed due to some technical reason (Failed ref no. Prcr/78001837/[protected]/[protected]) dated 24th august, 2017. My money was debited despite the booking was failed.
Despite several emails since then, it is disheartening to see the pathetic response from jio side. Almost 18 days have lapsed, but the said amount is not credited to my account (As it is evident from the online bank statement till date, which is attached with this mail for ready reference). The bank will initiate action only on getting the confirmation of non-payment from jio side.
After emailing to jio's customer care till date no refund got. Please arrange to refund my money immediately.
