Dear sir,
I have done wrong recharge for different person's mobile no.
When i enquired the jio people are not responding properly. It is correct that it is not their problem but i would like to know why they didn't keep option like other telecom companies are having while we recharge all other telecom portal will ask for name and registered mail id. Though we got it with our aadhar no why it was not verified and ask for confirmation. Please make it serious block that company. Because of this i am highly disappointed and feel insecured of recharging to different person's mobile with my credentials. If in case of any problem in future will impact my credential.
Please take immediate action.

I have recharge my my No. @399 but internet not working.
Only calling activate. Please check what the problem.
