Reliance Jio Infocomm — I'm complaining about recharge of jio sim

I am recently a customer of jio sim. And i made a recharge as per tariff. And my friend have also a jio sim but he did not make a recharge. But his sim give him all services as much a i have.
O, what is reason behind this.
