Reliance Jio Infocomm — I'm complaining for jio recharge unsuccessful and the company is also not resolving it.

This is to complaint about that me Digvijay Singh Rana, I have recharged my jio number i.e. [protected] but not reflecting on app not i got confirmation message. On 10th November my jio recharge of 299/- is going to expire so on 8th November at 10:19 pm I have recharged my jio sim of 299/- in advance from jio app and it took me to the option where I have to choose out by which mode I have to pay so I chose Gpay to proceed, the amount deducted successful from it, but i didn't get any confirmation message from jio. Then i contact with jio customer care chat they said we didn't seeing any reflection of your jio recharge. Then i call jio customer care a girl picked the phone and said thay your request for recharge is reflecting but didn't receive your money she said to call the bank and recharge your number again I have recharged it again of 299/- then again . I contacted to bank they said the money is successfully deducted. I have all the proofs from Gpay transaction history to bank statement. Just help me in resolving my money and refunding my money that is deducted .
