Reliance Jio Infocomm — incoming calls barred from vodafone and landline numbers

I had ported my vodafone number to jio on 18\11\2017 the porting process was completed smoothly. And all my services are resumed on my new jio sim. Except incoming calls from vodafone and landline numbers. Any vodafone number trying to call on my ported on my jio sim is not able to call me. I have called to jio customer care but they are telling there is an issue with vodafone. And vodafone customer care is telling you are no longer our subscriber. So what do i do.
