I wish to raise the following concern with you:
I recharged with a Rs. 297+ 10 plan that showed up on my Jio App for my Jio hotspot.
The recharge was successful and the money deducted. However, the hotspot did not work
When I called the customer care, I was told to recharge with a compatible plan as the plan will not work.
The same day I recharged with Rs.149 & the hotspot started working.
However, the amount of Rs.297 + 10 - which did NOT work & is incompatible with my hotspot was never returned.
I have written multiple times to the customer care but with no avail.
I believe in the first place, it shouldn't have let me recharge with an incompatible plan from the JIO App. If it did & found it to be incompatible, at least be courteous enough to refund my money. The mail chain is attached below for your reference.
I request you to please help me get my hard earned money refunded ( Rs. 297 + 10) which has never worked on my device.
