Dear Jio team,
Jio fiber team is a bunch of idiots working of no use at all and doesn’t know anything apart from few scripted lines..
Let me brief my worst ever nightmare experience. I had purchased a new jio fiber connection and it was on 17th of Jan; I was very clear to the sales guy that I would be needing the installation to be happening on 18th itself and he has promised me that installation will be happening on 18th only, however, I had received an SMS stating installation will be happing on 21st jan
I had called the support immediately and after a conversation 45min to 1 hour the installation was preponed to 19th but guess what no buddy turned up even on 18t and 19th
I called the support again and again they had confirmed that it will be happening on 21st after a lot of fight promised me that I will be installed by 19th EOD but no one turned up again
I called the support again and this time they promised me that it will be happening on 20th and still no buddy turned up..
I called the support again and this time again the date was changed and made it to 21st jan
Today on 21st till now no buddy turned and after calling the they are telling me that it had been postponed to 22nd again what a stupid thing seriously
I have lost all hopes from jio fiber one of the worst ever service even before getting the product installed and don’t know how will be the service after getting
My expectations
• I want the installation to be happening by today at any cost
• I had to be on leave for 3 day and It will be a 4th day if I take leave again coz of jio fiber I need the compensation for the same
• I need an apology call from jio fiber for wasting my time and for giving the worst ever service
