Reliance Jio Infocomm — international roaming stopped working

My name is vipin and i am in dubai, uae. I have a jio number (62*). I activated the global ir pack of rs.1101 on 18th june 2018 from kerala itself and i returned back to dubai on 19th.

The sim was working fine from then till 24th june. On 25th morning i got an email and message saying that my international roaming has been activated... Soon my network disappeared. From then onward my sim is not registering to the network here.

I contacted the jio support over phone, email, chat, whatsapp everywhere, but the issue is not fixed even after 11 days. They always have only one pre-defined reply... "regret for the inconvenience.. We are taking care of the issue in high priority and give us additional 48hrs..."

In this way they asked me 6 times for the next 48hrs.. And its still going like that. The main issue is that the customer team are not able to find the issue too.. They always asking me to choose home imsi in sim toolkit... I told them 100 times there is no option available... But each time when i contact them... New representative comes and ask all the tings from the beginning and simply says sorry... And they are saying they will revert me back soon...

Nothing happens... Next day i had to call again for the same and the same process going on as normal.

Finally i contacted other support team (My friends) told them to disable the international imsi on my sim card, so it will solve the problem... But what they replied me is that, they are not able to disable it. But actually they activated it on 25th june... (International imsi was disabled till june 24th). But they are not able to disable it.

There is no co ordination between the team in their support team. I am sure, they will not fix the issue... Because even after 11 days they are not able to find out the issue.

last one month regularly I have requested coustumer care plz improve my jio net data speed but he is not resolved plz my data speed improve
