I am using jio network since when jio has launched. But i have faced this issue for quite a lot of times that jio is deducting data balance unnecessarily. My jio number is - [protected]. This happened a lot of times that jio data automatically gets exhausted by light browsing.in few minutes of browsing 50% data getting consumed and again within few more minutes entire 100% data gets exhausted. Today around 11 am i turned on the mobile data of my phone and started using internet of light browsing. Surprisingly at around 11.30 am jio sent message that 100% mobile data is exhausted. I don't understand how within half an hour my entire 2 gb mobile data is totally gets exhausted for a light browsing. The statement generated is also showing inappropriate/fake report as my mobile data was turned off entire night before the day i started browsing. Another major concern is, the customer service of jio. Every time i tried reaching out to them for my concern regarding their service, they left me with either unanswered call or their unnecessary advice which is of no help. I have a recharge plan with jio for 2 gb per day for 84 days which costs 599 rs which is quite a bigger amount for me. But it's worthwhile untill i get the appropriate service for which i am paying for. Please take necessary steps regarding this issue where money is involved but adequate service is not served.
