Reliance Jio Infocomm — Internet issue

This complaint is based on the connectivity and internet speed of Jio in ghatkopar (W), near Rcity and the speed of internet is very slow, it's download speed is not even 1mbps and upload speed is roughly around 200kbps. I have complaint to the Ghatkopar branch about the speed of internet issue, but the branch keeps ignoring it saying it's basically due to the offer that Jio is offering to its customers and suggest to wait a month more, but this has been the scenario for more than 3 months,
I urge you to look into this matter and resolve it.
