Reliance Jio Infocomm — internet issue in jio from last 1 year

Its being 1 year where i am getting slow speed in my area, naka madar ajmer, rajasthan 305007 and i lodged complaints many time but everytime i got same reply that we will change in next 1 or two months but till now nothing changed and we are facing same issue regarding internet. If i am paying for 4g data then why should i get 2g speed. Kibdly resolve this issue
