I am an active jio fiber customer( [protected]). My internet is not working since 06-Nov-22, and i did have raise the query with jio team on the same date. But even after having more than 20 calls with jio customer care, the technical team is reluctant to provide the service and keep on rescheduling the visit and wasting my time when there is an active plan is going on. During first visit technical engineer suggested to terminate the jio connection and go for airtel as he will not fix the issue and provide the service and off course there will be no refund of active prepaid plan.
This is a mental harassment for me, also my IT job is entirely dependent on the internet, so creating job insecurity for me. I am tired of getting treated like a table tennis ball between jio care and technical team. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
