Reliance Jio Infocomm — internet slowdown from few weeks | |||
Hi reliance jio We as residents of vaishali nagar dahisar east mumbai 400068 are facing slowdown of the internet. We tried to contact the online chat and received a feedback that the team is working on this. It's been more than two weeks but the problem still persists. I usually use the mobile hotspot for client calls but i am not able to do so from last few weeks which is affecting my work. Please do the needful at the earliest. I am not receiving OTP on my jio number, can't do online transactions. Bank said OTP sent from our end, check with the network provider.

I have done recharge with topup plan but still, i am unable to use this. called to customer care and i got to know that i can use this only for making international call not national.
