Reliance Jio Infocomm — Internet speed issue & disrespectful representative behaviour | |||||
Hello i am using jio since so long my issue was i wasn't getting good speed in my home i had registered compaints several times regarding that since april 16th i had cooperated with your company but today your representative had indirectly proved me an liar indirectly depending on speed test app which is developed by an human i've tried to explain him but he haven't understood i had also tried to asked him to give his engineer or any official person contact number so that i can show him in front of his eyes that i am not wrong & they declined that too & then asked for refund they told it's not possible, they don't listen & trust their geniune customer they depend on an tool and give their opnion disrespectful & disappointing thing from world's best & largest network.
