Reliance Jio Infocomm — interval plan change in sudden

Changing plan suddenly. I recharge with 459 getting 1gb on 15 january but on 26 jan jio release new plan 1.5gb on 399 recharge. I am suffering 500mb less with rs.60 loss. Tell me, to where is it right. Jio should take care about that before launching any new plan prime member should be informed. Otherwise due unability to satisfy the counsumer let lose their service consumers. Plzz i have humble request to you plzz solve ny problem i want change in my plan to 1.5 gb in current plan.

No network for last one year (period of issue)
There are not even a single network in my residential area, and in my home i couldn't even attend a call . so, i request u to resolve this issue as early as possible.
