Reliance Jio Infocomm — invalid plan

I have reacharge my jio no. With plan 399, but after transaction it says invalid plan and my money is saved in wallet.
What should i should this is my first experience with mobiquik.
Plz dont use mobiquik it is fake u dont trust then read reviews of others😣
