Beware jio is worst when it comes to refunds. They don't refund money instead give you kind of recharge voucher.
Also myjio app is not reliable and sometimes it don't capture your transaction.
I ported my number to jio and recharged my number with 197/- (99 for prime membership and 98 for base plan). The payment was successful but transaction was not captured by jio system. I tried to get confirmation from customer care, waited for 2-3 hours but system was not showing it. Customer executive said it will be refunded after two hours.
So i had recharged it again. This time recharge was successful.
I dropped email to customer care about refund for invisible transaction, and requested money in phone pay wallet which was original payment source.
But after few days jio refunded 98 amount as upcoming recharge and prime membership amount 99 as monetory benefits.
So this is not acceptable solution since it's forcing you to do recharge of 98 next two months.
Jio escalation said they don't refund money at all.
So this is like cheating, and forcing customer to accept refund the way company want. Was this information helpful? |
