Myself anwesha das having phone no.[protected] reliance jio. I have recharged rs149 on 28 mar 17, 309 on 26.04.17, and rs. 399 on 24.07.17. Now they are saying rs. 149 plan will activate now and 399 after that. I asked them to refund 399 since two plans cannot be activated at the same time. They are not ready to refund. They are changing plan according to their will, now they are saying that refund for the plans earlier paid is not allowed. Was this information helpful? | |||
