Being a long time Jio mobile user I have taken a JioAirfiber connection 3 months back.
My purpose is mainly to connect the office VPN and to work from home, and the same for my wife as well.
I have explained well in advance with the engineer who took the payment for the connection, and he guaranteed that VPN will work very smoothly.
Once the connection was installed for a couple of weeks I didn't use it since I was at my native, later when I started using it with VPN I faced slow internet speed and frequent disconnection.
Whereas if VPN is disconnected there is no issues observed, I have raised complaint for the same someone came and checked it and accepted that VPN is not tested yet in Jio Airfiber since it is a new service, and it may take some time to enable VPN, and he closed the service request without providing any resolution.
Then I provided feedback in the MyJio APP on which I never received any support.
Also I called customer service multiple times. They always do some online troubleshooting but no resolution yet.
I am very much frustrated with this service from Jio, paid in advance for 6 months where half the duration has already passed without using it.
I reported the same to Jio via email on 12/Feb/2024, attached the screenshot.
And thru e-mail I followed more than 20 times every time they apologize and provide wrong commitment that the issue is escalated and will be resolved.
I asked them to close the connection and provide refund, which they are denying stating according to their policy there wont be any refund.
Also this is going indefinitely troubling me as it became a job to call customer care and explain the issue from day-1 and finally ending up with no solution provided.
All that I am expecting is to close the connection and provide a refund, please close it ASAP.
I don't want to continue this anymore.
