Hi,
I got a Jio SIM about a month ago and all of a sudden their services stopped. No calls, no internet services. Now when I called Jio Helpline they said it's a problem with the network in my area but then their are other family members who are able to use the Jio service at my home, same location. What is more pathetic is Jio customer service tells me that the resolution will be provided by 6th June which is 3 months away and they are not ready to return my Rs 99 which I spent on subscription of Jio Prime Membership. This absolutely ridiculous, they didn't even give me an email or contact to escalate the contact as well.
