[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio barcode already redeemed | |||||
When I tried to redeem the Jio Sim Coupon at Reliance Digital, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore-43; I got "Coupon already redeemed" error message. This is the 1st time the said coupon is being used. Sim already issued by the Jio staff; but he couldn't complete the uploading of details due to the error. Since this is a clear identity theft (to use another person's IMEI No. and Phone number); please initiate necessary action to avoid such frauds and kindly regenerate code for this IMEI#. Nov 22, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After few email correspondences with [email protected], [email protected] and multiple visits to the Reliance Digital Store; they whitelisted the my IMEI# and activated my SIM. Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
