I had booked jio phone booking through mobile number [protected];amount of Rs 500 deducted but transaction failed. Called to customer care;they confirmed that amount will be refunded due to txn failed, initiate new txn for booking of jio phone. Then i had booked fresh bookimg through other number [protected] which was successful and i had taken jio phone through booking voucher of number [protected]. After 15 days when amount had not refunded, then call to customer care, they denied for refund. After that i had raised a complaint on www.pgportal.gov.in then i got 4-5 times call from jio manager[protected] that amount of Rs 500 will be refunded till 28th jan 2018. But right now i have not get any refund for same. So pls take action on Jio and provide me compensation to cheat and harrase me by jio. And also refund my amount of booking amount which is Rs 500 into my account. I don't need of two jio phones. This is jio fault.My contact number is [protected].
